About New Millennium Custom Homes We are a family owned and operated company with over twenty years experience in the real estate business. We started from selling real estate in the Atlanta market, and moved into buying and refurbishing distressed property. It was during that time that Michael Stephens, CEO, got a vision that would ultimately lead him to create New Millennium Construction. After years of doing home improvements and building room additions, he decided to move into new construction therefore starting New Millennium Custom Homes.
